How do you price for festival season?
We track festival, event and school holiday dates, then apply higher rates and minimum stays to peak weeks and lower rates in quieter periods to keep the property booked.
Does Edinburgh have extra rules for short lets?
Yes. In addition to the licence from City of Edinburgh Council, planning permission may be needed for secondary letting in the city's control area. We advise on both at the start so there are no surprises.
